TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND USER AGREEMENT
For the Rapid Incident Response in Pandi, Bulacan

This Terms and Conditions and User Agreement governs the use of the Rapid Incident Response in Pandi, Bulacan system , operated by Municipal Government of Pandi. The System is created to receive and manage reports of emergencies, accidents, disasters, and other rescue-related incidents. By using the System, all users agree to follow these terms and applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Users may only use the System to submit real and verifiable incident reports, provide accurate information, and cooperate with authorized responders.
• Submitting prank, false, or misleading reports; impersonating others; or interfering with the System is strictly prohibited.
• Any person found making false or prank reports may face criminal prosecution under Philippine law, including:
  • Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code
  • Presidential Decree No. 1727
  • Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (R.A. 10175)
  Penalties may include imprisonment and/or fines as provided by law.
• The Organization cooperates with the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and other authorities to investigate and prosecute violators. Users must ensure all submitted information is true and complete. The Organization shall not be liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by false data, technical issues, or unauthorized use of the System
• All collected information will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and shared only with authorized agencies for rescue or law enforcement purposes. Unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of the System is a criminal act under Philippine law.
• The Organization may update or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the System signifies acceptance of such changes.
• By submitting an incident report, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and that they understand false reports may result in arrest, prosecution, and imprisonment.
